Frequently asked questions

Who owns the code when the project is finished?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the code, design, content and access credentials are yours, as set out in the contract. Another team can take the site over.

Where is the site hosted?

We arrange hosting to fit the project, with server-level caching, automatic backups and an SSL certificate. If your current provider is a good fit, the site can stay there.

What happens to the plugins after handover?

We only use plugins where they’re justified, and we maintain them as part of the agreed support. Plugins we build for you are yours, and you can keep developing them.
